I miss my Aldi ones, I broke both but I enjoyed my long blacks using them! Im sure these are higher quality but cost triple the price too!
Not necessarily. I purchased a Bodum tall double walled tumbler from David Jones this year and the inside bottom shattered when I dropped a piece of ice in it. I'm more careful with the remaining one. I was hoping they'd last me a few years at least.
I also had the aldi ones, but they broke from being dropped. :(
I might get regular cheap tumblers next time. Clearly I shouldn't have nice things.
I had some older bodum ones which didn't seem to be as strong, recently bought an 8 pack from Costco, the glass is much thicker and they have an air release system, touch wood so far so good.
Love the 450ml ones. Large enough for a can and ice cubes.
