The sad news is that our cellar door is no longer able to operate as per normal due to recently announced government regulations. It has been a hard hit for the business and also for our wonderful team of staff but we are being positive and proactive and we are trying to engage our staff in new and exciting ways.
So what’s the good news ?
Let’s face it, if we are going in to lock down, we want to be drinking quality wine and avoiding the queues. Like all other businesses whose traditional mode of operation and revenue streams have been hit hard, we need to think on our feet and adapt to find new ways of doing things. As such, we have been busy working on ways to maximise sales opportunities through online, phone, email and fax. We will also be opening our cellar door in Healesville from 12-3pm each and every day to deliver a contactless drive thru and delivery model.
