Just a DLC pack for a cheapie game but free is free.

      Is it possible to process the free purchase without having Steam installed? Seems this is not the case currently?

        @Lysander: I tried redeeming it as a free purchase on the browser and it wants me to install Steam :(

        @jollyrogga: Click Install and then cancel. It should register it to your library still.
        And then add the free DLC.

Took me about ten minutes to work that out. Kept looking for a way to add it to the cart using the link in the post.
