I bought the $5 SIM with Catch Connect which was posted a while ago. I've missed to turn off the auto-renewal option with the plan. And now they've charged me up with $49.90.
Would they be able to cancel the service and provide a refund? Have anyone had any of the experience with the Catch team?
Suprisingly, they do actually refund you if you ask them. Happened to me with the 90 day plan, I think I got charged like $89.90 or something ridiculous. But I just got on the chat, and they sorted me out. Got the money back in a couple days.
