i bought the 15 $ deal for 3 months that i saw here and forgot the auto charge option and got charged 90 $ has anyone made the same mistake and were able to claim refund ? is it possible ?

It's your lucky day! Your account has been refunded, plus $99 credit as compensation. Refund and credit should appear on the 31/4/19.

under what grounds? Service was delivered as AGREED with by OP when signing up.
Some service providers have auto-renewal as an opt-out. Many customers get caught out and are charged for a month's service that they don't need. One way to change this unfair practice is to register a complaint with the TIO or file a chargeback.

You're unlikely to get anywhere as you signed up for a service, whether you used it or not. It will all be within the terms and conditions you signed up for. Read it if you wanted to attempt to get a refund. If you find something that negates their contract, you have a chance to get your money back.

Mate, look at it this way… Overall you got free calls and and a heap of data for 6 months for $105.. not the worlds best deal but better than most. You win.. sort of..

Lesson learnt?the problem is i have the 90 day deal for 89 not 105 6 months :)

as promised i received my refund for those who would make the same mistake i did they will ask you if you want to port out or cancel the service i cancelled mine to get the refund im not sure if you can port out and still get the refund just keep that in mind
