What's the t&cs?
T&Cs is that you overpay for everything. I just saw someone buy a watch for $191 you can get on AliExpress for less than $50.
So true. Once upon a time it was a great place to pick up some good deals until they started making it more like a shop. Now full of people who mostly don't know any better.
+1
People seem to think they are getting a bargain if they pay less than retail, forgetting to add Grays 'dip their beak' fee and postage.
only if you look for overpriced items
And delivery was just under 20 dollars for me….so virtually a free delivery code…
And I bought wine from grays online last week 😭
lol just get more like me
Have they diversified into toilet paper yet?
The Grays site is pathetic - I don't recall my password as haven't purchased there for some years (other than via their ebay shop) and when I select 'forgot password' it doesn't send through the email link to do the reset!
Registered a new account and set a password - then it doesn't let you purchase until you verify your email address - but there's not verification email in the inbox!
I remember this happened another time, ages ago - no wonder I haven't used these guys for ages. Anyone have any tips on how long it takes to receive their reset/verification emails?
Disappointing system.
I had something like that with one of my email addresses. Others are just fine though. It looks like there are a few unfortunate email servers that have issues like that. Eventually, I contacted support and they walked me through.
The "Grayonline" typo is bothersome.
