Cheapest Unlocked 3G Mobile Phone

Hello Friends,

I am looking for a cheapest Unlocked 3G Mobile Phone preferably under 100$.
I noticed Samsung S5620 Monte is now reduced to 95$.

Can you please let me know if this phone is value for the money?
I am guessing this is UNLOCKED phone ( listed on uniquemobiles.com.au)

Please share if you suggest any other options for me.

by "3G" and the phone linked to we assume you do not require a phone for the Telstra network?

also assume that you want it to be a 'smartphone' ?

There are a couple of places selling Telstra smart touch for $79 this week … Dick Smith was one, the other was either Kmart or BigW. It's easily unlocked for free- a search for telstra smart touch on Whirlpool will find you the link to do so.

I was going to get the Samsung Monte when I was phone shopping, but then realised that it wasnt even Android. Im not even sure what OS it uses. Maybe its a good phone if you just want a phone to do all the basics, but if you want games and apps, for around $100, you might as well get a Huawei Ideos or the above suggested phones.
