    Hi M9,

    Is not related to the deal, but I will answer your question.

    GST is not charged on top of the price. We have to pay taxes as all normal companies do so we show to people that there is tax included as well. (We don't hide anything from our customers.)

    There is a difference between a sole trader and company: https://www.business.gov.au/Change-and-growth/Restructuring/…

    In addition, as a sole trader, you are required to be registered for GST purposes if one or more of the following are true:

    1. Your turnover from your business activity is over $75,000 annually (this does not include salary or any other income earned outside of your ABN), or
    2. you provide taxi-travel or rideshare services (e.g. Ola, Uber, Didi) for a fee, as part of your business
