I got stuck on the Cathedral,maybe I'll have time to finish it off with COVID
I spent a chunk there too. I suggest using the flare things to mark dead ends or where you've been, that really helped me. Or you can use a walkthrough or something similar. Basically the right side is where you're eventually heading, there's two parts, once you get over to the second part it's a little easier.
Haha I doubt anyone playing this game is ignoring the anime aspect (and didn't spend at least 30 minutes in the character creator). Not that I'm judging mind you.
Yeah I just mean that some people might look the other way because they don't really like anime, but if you try to ignore the visual style it's a pretty fun game.

This game is pretty fun. If you can ignore the anime aspect of it there's quite a bit of build variety and challenge. If you prefer to have an easy playthrough you can play with an AI partner (that can buff/heal/rez you) that is with you most of the way, if you would prefer a challenging playthrough you can just play by yourself (can still opt for a partner mid-way if you need to).
Does have some nice areas, the Cathedral is one of the coolest mind-bending zones in any of the Souls-like games I've played, it screams Dark Souls but is so very cool.
