Came across this while looking for AA batteries. Regular price $22.68.
Bought 5 packs. So that's 120 AA batteries for $13.60. Good deal I think.
I'm a PRIME member but no free delivery it appears.

I have had really bad luck with Duracell AA/Asia's leaking. I have used all different brands and Duracell seems to be the worst (just my experience though)
yeah they're called Duraleaks for a reason. they come standard with maglites and i've had a few that leaked while it was brand new in the unopened pack. it's also caused corrosion in one of my torches
Yes, Duracell is RUBBISH. I've had so many devices damaged by leaking Duracell batteries. They will honour their guarantee though. Send them photos of the leaking batteries and the damaged device and they'll reimburse you the cost of the device.
I’ve got duracell batteries exp around 2016 going fine…. never had issues with them

Try here and click the "Contact Us" button in the middle of the page. They should write back and tell you what information you need to submit next.
As a new seller on Amazon and Ebay they don't release the funds to you immediately, it will be held for a period of time. This seller is just wasting their time if they're trying to scam

Strange. In the listing it says box of 12 and 9V but in the description it's saying box of 24 and 1.5V. Can this seller get any thing right?.

No. When it first became available for sale by this seller on Amazon. It could have been manufactured a year before hand.
Ordered a few different sizes - D, AAA and AA.
If as suggested in the various threads these turn out to be fakes or for single units is there a path to receive refunds?

This is my Amazon store. We had a listing error with Amazon and price is actually for 1 battery. The data we sent was correct however Amazon replaced the title with their title linked to their ASIN and their title is incorrect.
We are working with Amazon to refund all orders as there was over 7000 orders placed.
Please understand this is a nightmare situation for me, even trying to clear the 7000 emails i received in my inbox over the weekend and also the cancelation requests in addition. I plead with you not to create a cancel order request, this will be done and we are working with Amazon, you will definitely get your money back.
Im trying to be as open and transparent as possible here to keep everyone informed.
In light of all of this i will put together a special deal on these batteries for those that still want some of them. It will of course be nowhere near as good but i am looking to do it at a very small margin that would allow me to cover my costs and it will be the best available on line or offline.
I will also let everyone know that I am currently in the process of testing several different battery brands using several West mountain pro battery analysers. I will Provide test results in the coming days after i have collated the items. The main reason for this being that there was a test done on a current affair comparing Aldi, Energizer and Duracell batteries next to each other and it was done in a terrible way that is not reliable and does not test any variables. Also when my old marketing manager last posted some deals on here a couple of years ago we got royally flamed for the products and not offering the value you buyers are after. There was some misinformation posted from other websites and some batteries not compared to the correct ones. I will provide all of this information at the time so that you can make an informed decision. I will also be on hand to answer questions as i am the technically minded owner with over 17 years of experience rather than the marketing manager that had only been here for a month at the time.

Why would they offer that. It wasn't even sold by them.
Because as noted by store owner, it was an error made by Amazon.
The cancellation email i got from Amazon says that the cred card wasn't charged for the order. And yet i was charged onto my Visa Debit card instantly. That is false by Amazon.

A lot of them do it knowing that it's a pricing error thinking that they will get a discount voucher in return. But hey it doesn't work that way when it's sold by a third party seller which in this case it was. You'll only have a chance when it's sold by seller Amazon.com.au which is Amazon itself.

The Duracell Procell i have are the brand new General Purpose. They have been upgraded and I tested it to confirm that it wasn't a "marketing" upgrade.
Disclaimer: Varta High Energy and Varta Energy sold at Bunnings are not the same product! The test on whatcell only compares them in one discharge range and does not test them at a higher discharge rate. We are doing this test ourselves after we finish testing the current Procell intense and then i will post my findings.

When you buy from Amazon they always charge you when u click purchase. Just like ebay etc
