I guess you can't refund you should be able to I think if less than 2 hours or 2 weeks I forgot the new rules now for steam refunds.
You can sell the new Steam activation code.
I know you can sell the steam codes but my comment was mainly referring to the above user who has already by the sound of it redeemed the game so if he wanted to take advantage of this humble bundle he could refund the game if he had less than two hours game time and it was within two weeks I believe which it sounds like it was just last week so the time frame requirement should be fine but not sure how much game time they have in dirt 4 already.
Yeah I keep my extra game codes either for sale or giveaway.
If you bought it on Steam, you could get it refunded if you have less than 2 hours of playtime.

Yes, but don't install PC1. Spend the extra $8 and install PC2 is my suggestion :) plus you get Assetto Corsa which is awesome fun in VR.

PSA for those that bought the "Humble Codemasters Racing Bundle 2017" a few years ago - it had 2 DLC steam keys for Dirt 4 (Hyundai R5 rally car and Team Booster Pack) so if you grab this bundle at tier 2 or 3 you can redeem and add the DLC to your Dirt 4 collection.

Yes online game store that you can purchase direct or redeem keys from 3rd parties (like Humble Bundle). Either way you have to download the games.
Ok cool. For some reason I had some concept that Steam was like an online portal where you can effectively rent the game short term, like each time you want to play it.
