    I've used diet cordial and enjoyed it as a nice flavoured sparkling water.

    I use regular cordial if I want something sweet, the Bickford's Lime or the IKEA Elderflower are my favourites. I usually just drink fizzy water though.

    These contain a combination of sugar and Sucralose for sweetener (like what is in the new Sprite recipe as I found out New Years Eve) which causes me quite severe and sudden gastric distress.
