Go to the pop up stores and test them before you buy as they can be quite CRAP if they don't fit you properly, You might think the pain will go away once you get used to it but it doesn't really. Not the worst $400 I blew but it's up there. Worst was Bose sleepbuds (but I got my money back after a year)that I warned everyone on here about and got downvoted to oblivion but look at it now.. recalled.

    • The right earbud tip does hurt my ear after wearing it for a while, but I've become accustomed to it, and I've found most in-ear designs irritate my ears regardless. I believe it's because my right ear is shaped differently to my left.

I've heard that some people swap the buds with others that are more comfortable for them.

Also if on the fence and can't trial, there's nura now where you can rent them with no cancellation fee. But that'll be way after this killer price

Umm… Do not buy these. Quite gimmicky. I cried for pair and got my wife buy these for me as an anniversary gift ( after a few months of the launch) and I regret my decision. Ever after the G2 update these don't make sence. ANC is not good, bass is bad and enhanced by the software not hardware. weak ass bass driver is not satisfactory. Yes, I am saying this because if you have listened to some quality headphones before with Quad DAC on you will quickly know the issue.

  • I love mine – as observed previously, I think the variation in opinion is due to the inherently subjective characteristics of the product, including its customised sound profile for each person.

A particular feature that isn't highlighted often but matters greatly to me: the TeslaFlow design, which cools your ears while wearing it.

You're better of buying the QC3s or Sony XM3s, the latter is the best in my opinion.
Although the nuraphone sound is decent it lacks in every other area while the above headsets I mentioned beat nuraphone in everyway.

Please don't buy into the monthly subscription trash either.

I can sense this company going in to Administration

    • I know people who work for them, they just made a whole bunch of staff redundant in the US a couple weeks ago. They're definitely going under so hold out for the firesale.

      • If you do know people who work there, maybe they should get themselves sorted out…

        1. Stop spending ridiculous money on marketing parties with artists, listen soundbars, etc. that literally their own circlejerk only attends

        2. Focus on getting products into the hands of consumers ie. shipping Nuraloop - in fact, just cancel marketing events entirely. I'm sure they looked at industry that Beats, Bose were marketing-driven company, etc. but guess what they shipped products.

        3. The subscription model sounded like a fun hack to revenue but I strongly doubt it has resonance in the market, it costs money to support etc. and seems like a dead weight.

        4. If they really cared about consumers, wanted people to experience and understand their natural listening profile, they'd seek to open the data instead of a nice visual into real numbers. This would allow folks to apply their listening profile to equalizers on their car, home system, etc. and yes I understand 'it depends' because of the frequency response, drivers of each hardware but it's a step forward. It'd get people interested in understanding more about their unique profile - beyond 'hey listen to these headphones dont they sound great' - and intoo things like auditory health.

        • Did, they were among those made redundant. From what I've seen from my mate's instas you're definitely right about the circle jerk parties.
