  Some of these are Kindle editions…so does that mean only Black and White or you use the Android app Kindle to read them in colour?

      Yep, cloud reader. This what I use on my iPad mini 1 which doesn't support Kindle reader anymore. :(

    hmmm.. US links seem to work now for me.

    Usually the US links were blocked, strange that a change to an AU address made the US links work
