Myer are coming up with some decent gaming deals of late!

I played Singularity on the 360 and thought it was quite good actually.

    Historically Ive never found a reason to shop at myer. They are always hideously expensive.

    However, their online store has been doing some great prices on games!

    Singularity is incredibly underrated. Such a good game, and at that price every FPS fan should check it out.

      For sure. Very underrated games. Loved it on PC.
      Played through the whole thing twice.

      And loaded a saved game @ the end to get all 3 endings ;p

    Picked up Singstar. Missed out on some of the others, and was very tempted to buy Zelda: Spirit Tracks at $29.95, but might wait for it to come down just a wee bit more…

    Singularity was great - I played it on PC a few months ago. I had to download it, though, because I couldn't find anywhere in Australia that sells it for PC. It's not on Steam either. I don't know why it slipped under the radar - it's made by Raven - the same people who made Quake 4 and Wolfenstein, which were great games. It reminded me alot of Wolfeinstein, actually.

    I got a call from myer this week (i think wednesday) saying they ran out of stock of Singularity and they wouldnt be able to process my order. so they asked if i wanted a full refund or another ps3 game. being only $10, i asked what other ps3 games they would be able to offer. she said ok she'll have a look and please hold. after being on hold, she said, oh it looks like we still have one more copy of the game for you, so we'll be able to send that out to you.

    Had to ring them up today, the girl on the line checked Auspost and she said its not registered with Auspost. So I assumed they haven't send it yet. Its the first time I used Myer online and I think its going to be the last. BTW was in a queue for 8 minutes.. long wait for a short enquiry…….

    Well, after calling them up today re: Pokemon Black/White, they told me the games are out of stock and they wont be fulfilling the order I placed on the 6th September. They say this 'memo' occured yesterday and they were going to call me today. My first time shopping with Myer Online - 0/10. Thanks for nothing.

    I got my Singularity today… NO BOX. Just the Disc and Booklet. Is this the same as everyone else? Just the way i like to look after me discs…

      That's just wrong. I'd return it and ask for a new one. Wonder if their returns policy allows you to bring it into a store and swap it with an "in stock" item?

      Probably floor stock and they lost the box (or it was stolen) so they sent you all they had. Not the best result, obviously. :/

    Ordered mine of the 6th. Called up today 3 weeks later to enquire to find that stock doesn't exist which means they probably sold what they didn't actually have. Was offered a refund.
