They have the worst after Sales Support.I've seen comments from people who've had good experience with TCL so a mixed bag.
Yeah, it could be location based too.
Being out of the city is the likely cause for our terrible experieces.
@xeion: My missus' TV remote stopped working and emailed them about getting it replaced. Got an email back within 24 hours, too bad I didn't realize the remote was only covered for 12 months under warranty so was advised I could still get one for $XX amount (can't remember but was more than $20). But found an exact replica model on ebay for $20
Probably dominoes prove too much about their customer service. But they did reply….

I own a TCL 4K and love it. The quality is better then my similar year model Samsung TV. Although the UI is quite slow compared to the Samsung
