    Hi Solidice we do not use flavour enhancer. Next time you check your cheaper beef jerky packet check the ingredients. I've seen some with flour…. What is with that : /

      Does your site list the ingredients for each product?

      Flour, wow! I've tried every beef jerky I could find and never seen flour. I've seen lots push a lot of sugar into their products though.

        Particularly with the processed types you see some very odd ingredients.

        The site doesn't, but good tip I'll work on getting them added. In the meantime feel free to email us and we will send a copy of nutritional panel.

        Regarding sugar yep your right I have seen low and high sugar contents on various jerky. I do add some brown sugar to all of my marinades the sugar content of our beef jerky is 2%, our beef Jerky is 67% protein.

  No bargain here, so expensive! Biltong.com.au is $63/kg and it’s delicious! You’re not going to get customers charging those crazy prices…!

    Hi Yes Biltong is delicious though we are talking about two separate products here. As you would know your Biltong is a "wetter" product so yes it is cheaper though per KG retains more "water" making it heavier per KG.

      Hi IamMe additionally they charge $8.99 for delivery. so it is actually $71.98/Kg. The sugar content is also higher and the protein level is lower. But hey like I said it is unfair to compare different products.
