added it to my cart, no pickup so it tells me to have it delivered…..then it says they can't deliver the item.

On viewing the product it shows that Delivery is Not available and to select pick up instead.
Great price, but for a reason - Fitbit's constantly quit exercise mode for no reason. This is a common issue that has been reported to Fitbit for years with no fix.
the wristband fell off and never go back in, better buy few spares if you really like this watch.
