No its $20 min spend I got a cardigan from the sale section for $2.48 delivered, it was reduced from $69.95!
Also available instore just mention the word "Catalogue"

For those who got in earlier, what was the cheapest stuff that they had on sale? I want to buy something at $19.98 but it's not worth adding another item to get the $20 off. I've never been to Katies so not sure of quality. How can I get around this 2 cents short of $20?
There were some $4.95-$7.95 items under both 'Sale' and 'Accessories' but they didn't seem to last too long, probably as a direct result of this promotion, and don't appear to be listed on the site anymore.

I went to my store tried on the gear then went home and ordered it online, I was pretty sure the instore salesgirls wouldn't know anything about the code seeing as I hadn't seen anything printed with it so I didn't bother asking.
Somebody told me about it, thats why its not in the original post. So it was word of mouth, so maybe it doesn't work, not sure sorry.

My order still says "Awaiting Shipping". Emailed them a few times, but still have not received any reply. They also charged credit card since 8 days ago.

Give them a call. I ordered last Thursday and received the item yesterday, while my mother in law ordered last Friday but received the item on Tuesday. We live in the same address.
I wouldn't worry too much its only been 8 days(which includes a weekend), I have had similar shipping times from other womens clothing suppliers eg Ezibuy. They are probably just waiting on stock to arrive from one of the stores.
I received half of my order today & email stating:
I am writing to advise that unfortunately we had an inventory issue with style “PARTIAL-55901-BLK-L” on your order KAT11998.Our warehouse have informed us there were no more sizes available for this style/colour.
Have just received another email saying they can't do any refunds for the item that wasn't available becuase i used a voucher in my transaction…. they have offered me a $20 online store credit. Not sure if I'm happy about this at all. I'd rather them just credit half the money back on my account. (I ordered the same thing in 2 different colours.) Thoughts?
If you ordered 2 of the same thing and they only supplied 1 it would be logical for them to just credit half the money back, however I work in accounts and know that perhaps they have dificulties getting their system to accept that. Do you shop at Katies often and is the credit more or equal to half the credit? if so I would be happy with the credit.

are you sure you don't mean $40 minimum spend…?
i highly doubt they would give a $20 voucher with $20 minimum spend and free shipping…i think you just confused what minimum spend means (includes the voucher).
