Where Are The Best Tsukemens (Dip Ramen) in Sydney?

As much as I love my milk tea, I just can't forget the most delicious thing I ever eaten in my life when I was in Japan….Tsukemen.

The rich porky salty sweet thick soup….along with the chewy delicious noodle that you dip over the rich soup…then you slurp the noodle and let it swim in your mouth a bit before it swims into your throat….ahh… what a satisfaction feeling…

So please please please tell me, WHERE ARE THE BEST TSUKEMEN I CAN FIND HERE IN SYDNEY???

Please help me satisfy this crave that has been crawling in my belly!!

Kosuke in Silverwater does a great Tsukemen.

    • I swear I saw you suggested Tehwaru in Epping and I almost got mad because its a chinese delivery restaurant….lol

Is Kosuke in Newington you meant?

      • Korean chinese you ignorant peasant.

      • Yup that's the one!

        • Looks great mate, will give it a try soon! Cheers

    • I am here to vouch for Kosuke, they have the best pork broth in Sydney.

Manpuku is a bit on the expensive side but they make a pretty good tsukemen. If you're there, try the spicy miso tsukemen. Ramen Zundo is next on my goto list. I find that Ippudo here is average in terms of flavour. Nothing particularly outstanding but that's just me.

Manpuku charges 10% extra on Sundays FYI (rare for a ramen restaurant to do this)

Yea, which is why I always go on a weekday or Saturday. $16-$18 is already pretty exp just for ramen. Throw in gyoza and it starts becoming ridiculous. Back in Japan, I would not dream of paying more than 1500 yen for ramen. Sigh.

        • Yeah I didn't know until I went to the Kingsford one on Sunday

There’s a new Tsukemen joint in Sydney - Rara Chan. https://www.broadsheet.com.au/sydney/food-and-drink/article/…

It’s a bit pricy at 19.80 a pop but the broth is really rich. https://rara-chan.square.site/
