You can pick up 4GB usb drives from Harvey Norman stores for around $22. I think they are Verbatim ones, not sure of the specs…but it works out cheaper than this when you factor in postage.
Not sure how it works out cheaper, but this is 8GB SanDisk delivered for less than $40. Not sure how $22 for 4GB Verbatim from HN compares.
Because its cheaper to get the 4GB from HN than it is to get it delivered from SS, as the details of this bargain also mention a 4GB drive, its relevant.

The Verbatim may have cheaper flash memory, hence slower … (may not work with vista ready boost)
if brand is no issue, 4GB flash drive can be as cheap as $19 bux…

U3 … some like it some don't….
but can't deny the performance of its flash memory.
and mine did not come with U3.
This one does support U3 which is a great deal.
I got Micro U3 from ebay for $40 including shipping. But this one is still a good deal.
Do note the $9.99 delivery cost to most Australian cities.
