lightning deal of the popular oil diffuser from late last year 2019 and 2020. ive had good customer service from astivita and im sure many others have in the ozbargain community.

cheaper then previous deal i posted of 16, but not the lowest price of boxing day sales.

  I bought one last December. I used it a few times and this leaked every single time - stained my furniture. I raised this to Astivista and they were initially quick to respond - they told me they can refund or replace. I then told them to get it replaced and asked them for next steps.

  After that they no longer replied to my follow ups! Good thing, I was able to request a refund via Amazon on the last allowable day of return. Thanks to Amazon I was able to get my money back.

  I bought some items before - they were fine but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the diffuser and how they handled my case.

    If you overfill these then they will spit water out.
    When filled with 500ml of water then the water level is still 15mm below top.
