Hi all,
I received a letter stating that all non-NBN connections will be cut from Jan 2021. So here I am.
I am using Premium SuperSpeed Cable (or whatever they call) from Telstra years ago and pretty happy with the speed, I think, up to 120 Mb. Despite some issues that fked up and delayed once or twice for the last 3 years, all good from them.
Now forced to move to NBN connection, I would like to know some suggestions.
My house streaming Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime all the time (due to most of us are freelancers). 2 peoples playing the online game such as PUGB or Fortnite or something that makes them yelling and swearing at midnight. We love speed.
However, we are not business so I guess upload speed is not that important.
I also love some good customer service as well as reasonable price (I know we pay for what we get so I do not mind if I have to pay A BIT extra for the stability and quick service).
Thank you in advance for all of your inputs.
Thank you
