  • Up and Go or coke for breakfast?

    • +1

      What kind of coke.

      • The delicious one.

        • +1

Yep, not the "breakfast of champions" one

          • +1

@TEER3X: Go the coke. At least it doesn’t have vegetable oils in it 🤮

    • +3

Go a Coke, at least their profit gets taxed

      • Because that’s what important in life, what gets taxed

      • -6

Sanitarium are tax cheats but Coke manufacture Sprite.

If you recall Sprite had an ad where they try to normalise transgenderism. Had some young girl binding her breasts so she could look like a boy.

Disgusting to promote this on TV and has nothing to do with having a drink.

I therefore have added Coca Cola company to my boycott list. Along with Bonds and Gillette.

          tax cheats

          They aren't tax cheats.

Labor and Liberal voters are responsible for the massive legal tax evasion that these two parties allow.

          • @Diji1: Sanitarium themselves are also responsible through their extensive lobbying.

          • +1

@Diji1: Liberal is responsible for inaction which led to our worst bush fires, but let's keep politics out of this.

        • -3

          Good luck in your crusade.

I think Coke will do just fine with people holding such views boycotting their products.

      • -1

        Amen

      • If you require charities and church groups to no longer be exempt from tax, it should apply to all organisations.
Sporting groups, unions, you name it. Imagine the squealing from the super unions, who of course these days are corporations in all but name. Nobody running them are actually from the shop floor anymore.

I am actually in favour removing that tax exemption, but you can’t pick and choose who loses the exemption. They should all lose it.

    • Some do the coke and ciggies for breaky

up and go dosent give anyone else explosive diarrhea??

    asking for a friend…

    • You might have IBS. Get it checked out.

    • Yep, I'm very lactose tolerant but that stuff goes right through me.

    • +1

Funny you mention that - I tried them a few years ago and they gave me the shits like nothing else. Really odd because I drink close to a litre of milk a day without issue.

    • Gonna give it another try, we talking the normal or energize?

      Asking for a friend too

    • +1

If it passed the expiry date.

      Story from a friend.

  • Up & Go 6 pack are only $4.50 at my local Woolworths

    • for 6 pack ?

    • Yes. It was in the catalog.

  • Thanks OP I've been looking waiting for theses as I just missed the last ones at woolies

  • There is little nutritional value in Up & Go - Mostly made up of milk and sugar. You’re better off eating an apple 🍎.

    • There is the protein which keeps me going till around 11.30
