        Well, they won't let you use 2 cards and split it over them. They'll deduct the maximum from one card, then the rest off the 2nd. So you'd possibly have a card with $19.90 credit left on it - assuming they do that….

        The only option to effectively get cash out of it would be to makes purchases over $10.05 per card, in separate transactions.

        They're just normal Bunnings Voucher cards, so if you bought something worth 5 cents using the $20 card, you'll get a $10 card and $9.95 change. So with one of the $20 cards you buy two $10 cards, then with each $10 card you buy something worth 5 cents, getting a total $19.90 'cash back' from your $10 investment (while also pissing off the cashier).

        But that's not the point. 1/2 price Bunnings stuff is the real win :)

          I got the email, paypal was charged. Contacted on the phone which was a voice mail system, said they'd contact within 48 hours but that was over 2 days ago. Also emailed, and got one reply asking to confirm the address again, which I did and nothing after that since (that was yesterday).

          No not yet, no further communication from YPO. Oct 3 is the deadline for them to get back to me so we'll see. While I'm confident of getting my money back, it's disappointing not getting the gift cards :)

    Haven't reveived mine yet. Just found out that they were sent to the PayPal address instead of the address entered at the time of purchase. I haven't updated my PayPal address since I last moved! Why would they do that?

    Did everyone just receive the plastic cards in the mail? or an email with redemption details or are you supposed to get both?? I am a bit confused because I have received two sets of plastic cards and 1 email with 2 voucher codes?

      I have not received my 4 X $20 gift cards…only received redemption code for 2 X $20 gift voucher via email…lodged paypal dispute

      Sensis has very bad customer service - after couple of phone calls and many emails - I have been advised they will be investigaing this issue with Aust Post…
