    I requested to cancel my order as soon as I placed it because I ordered 2 pens.

    They closed my request to cancel and shipped it anyway with the ridiculous costs.

      Of course with eBay Plus you can return items for free for a full refund ….. However, normally eBay Plus items have free shipping, so I don't know what happens when $15 shipping is levied. I guess you'd lose that?

      In any event, failing to cancel your transaction is a grubby cash grab. I hope you offer feedback reflecting this.

    Still no sign of my "Express Post" pen today (I'm in a Next Day delivery area).

    I've had two items delivered via Standard Post that were ordered after the pens on Sunday!

      I'm in the same boat no Express Delivery. I would also expect an email notification as usual from Aust Post but none as yet.
      Not impressed.

        I'm certainly in no rush for the pens, but given this seller had been paid $15 per item to ship them quickly, they should do just that.

        We put process time for 3 buisness day as we know we can't process all orders within 1 days, but all order was sent by express, you should get it in your mail box, please check.

    Im going to give the seller a neg feedback,
    this pen cost about $5, so even he really sent by Express Post he still making more momey then a regular sale.
    but it looks like he sent it with unregistered slow post.

      I don't think they've been sent at all yet. Even by Regular mail, people in Melbourne would receive it the next day.

      all sent by express from Melbourne, we put processing day for 3 business days as we know we can't finish all orders in 1 days. Tracking code will update in coming day, as we have too many orders to update. Please check your mail box for express post.Some express post packages picture Here

        Thanks for the confirmation.

        I will say it is corrageous to send the pens in express post envelopes! Every time I submit an express envelope the post office they always ask me to assure them it's only paper (meant to be documents only). Often its not documents, and whilst within weight and thickness limits they've refused to except lodgement. I've then had to surreptitiously place it in the postbox myself (without a lodgement receipt).

        That's a lot of envelopes to submit via a post box!

            @Gearbite: OK, because there is no aviation declaration on the evenlope, items that don't look like a document may be downgraded to surface mail for security purposes.

            Not my assessment, but that of Australia Post.

            Time will tell if WA and QLD orders are impacted I guess.
