  • title should said 15.98 included delivery, much easier to read and understand

  • How much is it usually?! (elsewhere?)..

Put some comparisons so we know if it is a good deal or not.

    • +3

this is fake vietnam omo, apparently its worse than every other washing powder made for/in australia. You normally have to use twice/thrice as much.

      you've been warned.

edit: eg, most powders now are 2x concentrate, so 9kg fake omo = 4.5kg normal 2x concentrate.
Then half again because its normally 2x weaker, so its really just around 2.25kg washing powder.

      Supermarkets usually have 0.5kg on special for $2 of 2x concentrate; 2.25kg = $9 - go figure.

      • It's not fake, it's just the Viet version. I bought this deal a year or so ago and it wasn't horrible. Wasn't very good either.

        • well its not fake in the sense that its not washing powder or omo washing powder. But when you think of omo washing powder you think of the best when in fact this is the worst.

I havent used it myself but I have friends that have and they go through it like anything to get a decent clean.

Look at my above calculation, it doesnt make sense to buy it at this price - if they were offering it at $5 shipped for 9kg then yes ok its cheap, but atm its 2x the price of australian laundry powder.

        • the viet version sucks!we still use it back home and the imported version is wayyyy better. they make it cheap so the vietnamese can afford it.

  • i pay 19 at my local store… so this is pretty cheap

  • Made in Vietnam

This IS NOT the same product you buy locally folks. Just like imported cadbury bars and coke, when it's manufactured for south east asia and from south east asia, it's not going to perform as well as locally available product.

I've tried big brand import crap in the past, and always got what I paid for…. cheap crap.
You'll use more of this to get the same clean- 100% sure on that.

  • Ah yes, the Ono washing powder again.
