Vietnamese premium export draft beer. Was $18 for a 6 pack according to Price Hipster so $33.90 for a case of full strength beer seems pretty good to me.
Reviews suggest it's fairly good according to the DM site.

For a case?
served in a little plastic cup with a block of ice :)
Served room temp with a glass of ice
Yep saw that on vietsbargain
I actually went and Google "vietsbargain". You bastard!
5000 dong
that's a lot of dongs
Just got back from Vietnam 2 days ago. One Aussie dollar equates to 15 thousand dong
So many dong = little money. Wait, wait…put your wallets away ladies, this may be false advertising.
Can you please post details. This would be well under $1 AUD!

Pretty low rating and you can’t trust PriceHipster 100%
If it's not on an impossibly small plastic stool in the middle of a crowded street and served fresh from that day, it's not a real bier hoi.
You'll need about 10 cartons of this stuff before even getting tipsy.
If that were the ‘case’ - which it isn’t - then you prob shouldn’t be drinking it…or any alcohol…at all…ever.
Ah yes, the Foster's of Vietnam
what does the Vietnamese Paul Hogan put on the barbie?
beer saigon is much better
Only if it's the Special
Trust me, you don’t want to drink bier hoi
A quick dictionary look up:
Bier: “A movable frame on which a coffin or a corpse is placed before burial or cremation or on which they are carried to the grave.”
Enough said!
Definitely can't trust you on this. This is how it should be spelt: bia hơi, nothing to do with bier, you might regain some credibility if you spell it as bierre.
Can you even trust a beer company can't even spell its product properly?
Bier is German for beer. Maybe it was meant to be exported to Germany to compete their local brews;-)
By far the best Viet beer is Huda- bottled in Hue and available in Central Vietnam- Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang etc
Trying to compete with Hammer and Tongs
This is not a full strength beer and as the name suggests, it shouldn't be.
Well it's not a mid strength.
The phuns in this thread are ridiculous.
Just ordered 2x slabs @$29ea… Further price drop..
Have you tried it yet? What's your opinion?
haven't picked it up yet but the reviews look great & i'm no beer connoisseur (just a consumer) & so long as its 'NOT VB' i can drink it..!
Haussie Haussie Haussie Hoi Hoi Hoi!
5000 dong at my local
