  Can anyone comment on the 2 IPS monitors listed here? They both seem like decent buys and they seem to be decently specced. Both seem very comparable to each other too. I got my finger on the trigger!

    I fail to see how the Acer is $100 more when it only offers fake HDR400… the Viewsonic really is very nice for $400.

    However I beleieve historically a Samsung did fall into that price as well?

    The stats are pretty similar between them, without looking at very detailed reviews it would be hard to choose. I wouldn't bother with HDR unless you want to pay a lot more. You'd probably be happy with either.

    There are some very good monitor review sites like pcmonitors.info - also watching people play games on them on youtube @ .25x speed is a good way to see obvious issues like ghosting.
