Our Organic Virgin Cacao Butter is made from fairly traded criollo cacao from Peru. A bargain this week for $31.90kg, normally $37.90/kg.

  No, it is the butter from the cacao bean, not the powder. As far as we know there is only one cacao powder and it isn't white in colour. Perhaps this is something new?
  We do sell the organic Peruvian powder if this is what you are looking for…though it is a dark brown colour.
