It's a freebie. It's tagged as a freebie. You get something without having to pay for it. There's a whole section of OzBargain dedicated to free things. Just because it doesn't have a 'regular' price, doesn't mean it's not a deal.

If you don't want to see any more deals related to Gearbox Software / Borderlands 3 Shift codes, you can simply block the store domain by first clicking "Hide" link on the bottom of the deal, then click "Hide deals from store Gearboxsoftware.com"

Before redeeming each of the 3 keys in your inbox, disconnect your internet and redeem them. Then quit to the main menu and enter back into the game and rinse/repeat for infinite keys.

yep it works i got 120 golden keys but only had 23 to start off with now 26
What platform are you on? I haven't tried on Xbox One but it tends to chuck a hissy-fit whenever connection to the Live servers are lost, and I'm not certain the hack would work. Besides, waiting for a re-sync when reconnecting can be onerous so I'm not sure it would be worth it.

Do you then need to use the keys before reconnecting to the internet? Or once I'm done doing a run, connecting to internet with let's say 100 keys now, it'll still be there?
no you don't need to use all the keys before reconnecting your keys will still be there
I think you need to keep the 3 keys in your inbox, only redeeming when offline.
With all these keys, by the time I actually play the game I’ll have all the keys!
