They are not that good.
I've had the one at the Bellagio, ARIA and the Monte Carlo and do not rate.
Melbourne has better quality ones.

I would recommend the paris paris buffet. Best buffet I have had in my life, the themeing is on point and hundreds of dishes to choose from. I also went to Bellagio but found it average, only good thing I really enjoyed there they had chocolate milk on tap
