  Is the titanium dioxide present in this is safe? Can anyone who really know what this is, advise!

    Titanium dioxide more likely in this case is used as a white pigment. But it can also be added to provide UV filtering. If it wasn't safe people wouldn't be using a lot of sunscreens and cosmetics
