I have a LG V30+ and Unicorn Beetle case. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend an inexpensive car mount so I can use Google Maps in the car please? I've tried a few OSFM mounts and they can't quite handle the combined size of the phone and randomly lose their grip on it.

It's an old post so not sure if the link is still active but you can search by the same brand. Inexpensive and does the job. Initially it may be hard to stretch it to the width of phone but after using it for some time, it should be easier. Please check the old posts here before you buy.
Do you have an unused CD player?
I use and recommend - mpow cd slot | eBay for around $15 to $20 delivered.
This is out of your windscreen's field of view for safety and legal reasons and more sturdy then air vent mounts.
There's also wireless charging versions but I haven't researched which is the best.
Pretty happy with my Baseus Magnetic mount.
Requires a metal plate stick to the back of the handset (destroying wireless charging if the v30 has it)
And the base is also stuck onto my car, but so easy to use, and quite solid.
