i can tell you they taste crap in a french press…don't know about espresso but i'm not holding my breath
Literally one of the worst coffees I had in my espresso machine.
And I'm Italian.Goes great with panatone
How does this compare to aldi beans?
I find these taste MUCH better than the Aldi ones. One of my top 3 favourite supermarket beans in fact.
I used to like it, switched to Vittorio mountain grown, but should try again , but I buy brand not preground , though pre ground would be good for cold brew as jug needs 80gms.
Wow really? I thought Aldi are one of the 'freshest' supermarket beans you can get, these are probably a lot older and slightly more expensive.
People really like aldi beans around here but I get better results with these on my BDB. Worth buying at $15/kg imo
Didn't like for drinking but, boy does it work as body scrub!
The Vittoria ORO is much better than this.
Goes down to $18 regularly at Woollies.Just started drinking this coffee from the last time it was on sale and I find it quite smooth to drink and that's coming off the back of the Vittoria ORO which is fine in itself, just a little more bitter. That's my 2 cents anyway.
I use it in my French press and find it ok with a little bit of milk
any good for espressos?
