I find Uniqlo ones work for me. Not too tight near the pecs. But because I had to go one size larger, the length is slightly longer, covering my butt.
I'm referring to the Supima Cotton Ts that are usually on sale for $9.90.
I get most of mine on Aliexpress.
Could you point me to the specific vendors you usually use?
I don't have a specific vendor but usually just browse 'T-Shirts'. But here's a couple I bought last year and I am happy with the quality. Your tastes might be different. :)

AS Colour paper tees are my favourite and I have quite large muscles but these don't seem to rip when I flex.

My husband bought a Target Mens Supima Cotton T-Shirt recently & is impressed with the quality for the price ($12)
If you've got the muscles just go with a singlet and be done with it. They are letting the "Man with a Van" guys wear T-shirts nowdays; that is just not right. :)
Body paint.
What do you mean by "muscular"? I would describe myself as muscular too : I have well-defined muscles and am lean, with about 10% body fat.Anything that has a bit of give to it fits me. I've never had any issues finding clothes . Now , if we're talking the incredible Hulk kind of muscular, I can't help you there. I would , however, suggest carrying spare clothes in case you flex your muscles a little too hard during the day :P
