I've only been a flybuys member for a couple months and I get at least one offer per week, mainly $50 for 1000 points.
In the past two days I've received offers for 2500 points/$190 spend and 6000 points/$50 a week for 3 weeks.
Wife has been a member for years, rarely gets any offers.
All of mine is currently at $110 spend. I've been getting multiples of the 2000 point bonus ones. Just got the 6000 in 3 weeks one. All $110. If I ignore them long enough, the spend for bonus points will come down. The more you spend, the higher the bonus points spend is.
Yeah exactly. Better off not using flybuys cards on your usual shop so they think you haven't been in there in a while and slowly the bonus points offers will increase and spend will drop to get it.
OR create a new account, or go to Woolworths or Aldi.
The purchase of gift cards / mobile credit doesn’t count towards the minimum spend required to get the points. So if your offer is $80 for 2000 points, you need to spend $80 on groceries then any gift cards / credit on top of that in order to have the points awarded to your account. If you spent $75 on groceries and then bought a $20 recharge voucher for example, you wouldn’t qualify for the points as you didn’t reach the minimum spend conditions. I’ve been caught out before.
But Terms and Conditions did not states excluding mobile recharge voucher?
Usually mobile recharge will qualify for spend threshold but will not qualify for other promotions such as wine glasses, Coles mini, etc. But for Woolworths, it's always excluded.
Would opal top-up count ? (as no mention in T & C’s - I think)

I had 2 offers - spend 90 between 24th and 27th and get 2000 flybuys and the other spend 60 for 3 weeks and and get 6000 points. So I did an opal recharge for 100 on a Coles Myer Gv ( Amex offer 20%) but only got a notification to say week 1 spend met and nothing in the spend 90 get 2000 flybuys ?
@Maxdax: You don't get the points for the $90/2000 points spend until the evening after the qualifying purchase
