Wow. No wonder this place has struggled for cash. $60 with a coupon?
Having an absolute laugh.
I imagine the bogan risk factor is very high + $60 entry fee (discounted) makes this a non deal.
We had an awesome day but having to pay for a 4yo as an adult as he was over 110cm was very steep.
Oh yeah I imagine it's a tonne of fun, but taking the family for over 200 quid not counting food or travel or anything else is a bit too much for me.
I refuse to go to this place ever again since they changed the restrictions on their 3 best slides. You can now only ride with 4 people on a raft and still weigh under 320kg!
What is the previous restriction?
2 or 4 people could be on a raft.
That’s an 80kg average. Must be something about the western Sydney demographic to prompt this complaint.
I assume people we're getting injured from bumping into each other?
something would’ve triggered the restriction. We’d only be guessing what.
@Vote for Pedro: ya, only takes 1 complaint tho.
Remember the person who fell on dropped onions because the order of the Bunnings sausage sizzle ingredients. I mean… out of 1000's sold, only takes 1 person for a policy to change.
Why did they change the name?
New ownership. Village Roadshow Theme Parks sold the park to a Spanish theme park company 1-2 years ago.
Never heard of this place.
Formerly wet n' wild Sydney.
I see. Bit too far west for me anyway!
We went to this place shortly after it first opened and it was so mismanaged I would never go back. There was only one lifeguard at bottom of kids slides so they had to tell the kids at top to stop till the lifeguard at bottom moves from one slide to the next. No waves in the wave pool. No hot showers. And the pool with the tyres that go around was closed. I got in free as it was teachers free day but had to pay for my family but it was such a bad experience.
Hope new management are better
We got a season pass on Boxing Day for $69. We've been 4 times since. Kids and other half enjoyed it. Line ups can be a little long (20mins+) on some rides. Waves in the wave pool work now. All the slides were opened when we went.
This code works in the checkout but it makes it a "Corporate Adult Ticket" do they give you any trouble for this? (ie. ask who/what-company your with).
anyone in WA know how to get cheaper tickets to outback splash?
