Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Wi-Fi 256GB $889.20. The education store has 20% off as standard practice. However, Samsung is doing a back to school promotion whereby they will take an extra $150 if you spend over $900, taking the Tab S6 256GB/8GB of RAM down to $889.20 from $1299. Not a bad little deal.

Have you used the keyboard? I've heard it can be problematic?
Also how do you feel about the note taking with the pen on the Samsung overall?
the keyboard doesn't properly attach to the tablet by itself, it detaches within minutes of following the instructions.
I bought a roll of double sided tape and used that in lieu of their failed suction technology and that has worked fine.Note taking and drawing etc is solid, very responsive.
overall: Tablet good, accessories bad.
$650 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 128gb tablet is a very good deal! May I ask how you got it from Bing Lee? (Bing Lee current lists it for $999)
Most likely this deal for ~$640.
Thanks for that RichardL! Would definitely get one at that price!
I ended up selling my S6 from this deal and bought a used S4 for abit more than half the price. For my purposes there was no difference as I only use it for web surfing and YouTube but I appreciate that others may use the extra capabilities of the S6.
FB Marketplace or Gumtree …?
For those wondering about Phone Prices on Samsung Education Store (Prices after discount):
- Galaxy Note10 256GB (Single Sim) - $1049.20
- Galaxy Note10+ 256GB (Hybrid Sim) - $1209.20
- Galaxy Note10+ 5G 512GB (Single Sim) - $1449.20
- Galaxy S10e 128GB - $809.20
- Galaxy S10 128GB - $929.20
- Galaxy S10+ 128GB - $1049.20
Pretty average unfortunately. Need a 30% off to stack with this.
Gf wants a note 10+ (I got one in the excellent unidays deal) but we've not seen anything like that price since, sadly.
Does anyone know when this extra $150 off ends? Can't seem to find it on the web.
What do you mean by needing an extra 30% off? Are 60% off discounts common on current model Samsung products?
Samsung Education Prices are regularly 20% off RRP.
In the past, we've had 30% off RRP (ie. Black Friday Sale)
@RichardL: Oh makes sense. I think the current deal works out better for me.
30% discount on $1299 would take the tablet I purchased to 909.30.
Edu store has had a higher discount in the past (30% normally) then the $150 off coupon, makes it cheaper :)
Agreed. Either stack with 30% off or bonus Samsung Galaxy Buds would persuade me to upgrade to the Note10+.
Been using mine as a work laptop replacement and going well so far. Some limitations with MS Office for Android which you can partly overcome using Office in your browser. Happy with the weight reduction of my bag and like the fact it's always connected to the internet. The keyboard is expensive and I've had the adhesive come off twice. Probably the summer heat.
Every review I've read says that the adhesive comes off so it's not the summer heat. I don't know how Samsung don't detect these defects in testing.
It seems like the 256GB / 8GB version is only available in the Cloud Blue colour in Australia. Bummer!
Some other regions get the Grey colour model in both 128GB & 256GB versions. Will anyone that does Zippay price match this price?
Cheers guys.
Good deal. But happy with my Bing Lee $650 128GB Wifi.
