    Dunno if they're useful but $25 seems to be the going rate at most gyms

      We find them very informative for goal planning. Particularly more useful than a scale which only indicates overall weight. :)

      We have included this as a part of the package at no cost. Most gyms will charge for a body composition scan on top of their memberships. A lot of gyms also charge a joining fee which we do not have.

  F45 elsewhere is doing it for 500 dollars with free lion heart, scans and the chance of winning 3k or 10k (depending on which studio you go too)

    Deals are relevant to location. Our studio is in Melbourne CBD. We also provide access to our three studios.

      Relevant location or not. It’s not an ‘oz bargain’ when other F45 are doing it cheaper with better incentives.

      What are your F45 studios incentives for the 8 week challenge?
