Try using it? There is no notice/s online or on social media saying any restrictions eg you need to buy 2x the amount etc. But don't delay or there likely will be in a few days.

If you bought it with cash then you'll need to line up with rest of the unsecured creditors UNLESS the administrators say they will honor gift cards during administration (if they say that you better hurry otherwise you'll end up with picking from what is left being sold as suppliers might not resupply given the risk of non payment).
If you bought it by credit card then your credit card company could reimburse you.
Just call them tomorrow. If they say no you can't use it, quickly get down to a local store and try and buy something with it and hope it hasn't been communicated to the staff.
I think the business is still trading as a going concern so you should be able to use it.
Otherwise yes, try and claim it back through your bank like others have noted.

Added to that, OP is happy to take free stock from supermarkets without paying for it over what seems to be a pricing error, and to get full refunds on something they only paid 50% for… and then wonders why companies go into VA.

At a time when Australia has enjoyed relatively uncertain retail conditions, why would you choose to purchase a gift card from such a place. Apart from the clothes being average quality, it is unstylish, boring and you look terrible in their jeans. If you are younger than 18 I won't bother but if you are out of school you should appreciate what an amazing job you did wasting your youth as you now get around in unstylish jeanswest bootcut jeans rather than actual grown up clothes.
Probably scammed gift cards at 50% off somehow and trying to cash in now.
