Is there anyway to report a real estate company for sending me text messages about new properties?
Every time a new property is listed by this agency, they automatically send out a text message without any way to unsubscribe from their mail listing (there is no please send stop to stop or link to unsubscribe). Plus, it is always a new number when the messages come so I cannot block the number.
Is this legal? I thought there has to be a way to get off their listing?
Will the 'Do Not Call' register cover this type of thing?

Telemarketers and fax marketers have 30 days to recognise the registration of a number and to stop contacting that number.
To identify registered numbers, organisations are able to check—or ‘wash’—their calling lists against the register.
Lists are submitted, checked and returned with all registered numbers identified. To protect the privacy of registrants, organisations are only given information on the numbers submitted.
Any organisation that either calls or faxes a number listed on the register, or arranges for this to occur, may be breaking the law and could face penalties.
Replying with "STOP" is the default reply - try that first to see if it works.

Call the agency and tell them to remove your number from their marketing list. If they don't, report them to the ACMA.
