want something region 4 full series.

might consider other regions. my dick smith tv dvd player won't play them right?

What model is your DVD player? some can be made region free.
Alternatively, you can make all DVDs region free on your PC, and burn new DVDs which will work in your Dick Smith DVD player, although this could be a fair amount of effort for a whole series.

I don't think you will be able to make that DVD player region free, so as I see it, you can either:
1) Buy region 4 DVDs and pay more money
2) Buy other region DVDs and convert on your PC (which will take some time and effort if you haven't done it before)
