If you haven't already played it, I'd pay the $5 for PS4 version and play that instead (assuming you have PS4). I played it on PS3 and loved it, but it did have some technical issues. If I had the time I'd love to play it again on PS4, but just have too much stuff in my backlog to replay a 100+ hour game that I've already squeezed every last quest out of.

1 billion dollars divided by 40 million games sold gives an average of 25 dollars per game, which is perfectly reasonable.

If you're deliberating between the 2 versions, go for the XB1 for the mod support :)
