budget for an iphone? :p
Kind of a basic app. It’s not a HIIT workout or any sort out rotation. Essentially it just picks one movement (jumping jack, sit up, burpee etc) and you do that for x amount of days and increase it by x reps every day. I.e day 1 you do 1 burpee and that’s the end of your workout, by day 30 you do 30 burpee I’d say most would be better jumping onto the 7 mins workout deal here

Gotta start somewhere, gotta admit I've tried doing like that. So start anywhere in the month, say tomorrow morning is 7th Jan, do 7 pushups etc
