Was mentioned in this deal but imo worth it's own post as a) it's cheap for the amount of chocolate, and most importantly b) stock is readily available at a few stores, not just 'limited'

        Staff said they found empty packets in the store before Christmas.
        But that was their answer about availability for all edible stock😉

        I blame the little elves!

        The stock system is inaccurate.

      Bought $1 150g Belgium chocolate @Coles. Tastes great & melts in hot milk.

      They did have the $1.25 Mars & M&M stockings @Target on 31/12.
      The elves didn't eat all of those😉

    Star lights show limited stock (probably 1 or 2, but maybe 0) at Redbank Plains store. 19 other Brisbane stores show no stock.

        Saw a different $3.50 set in store on 31/12 - wouldn't bother.
        These are also "Copper threading" - tiny LEDs on fine stiff copper wire. I find after bending, the LEDs fail. Run on 2 AA batteries.

            I've got a set in the bedroom - as "mood lighting"😊

            Bought some from China - lasted a few days.
            Glass jars are the safest place to put them - so they last.

            They don't put out much light & it is in 1 direction, so almost no light from behind.

    There wasn't much stock around me for this (or the M&M one) but I'm sure there's still plenty around the country that do have stock.

    Melbourne Bourke st store has none of the above. Plenty of candy canes packs selling at about 10% of the original price. Bon bons were $6 now $1. Plus other unwanted Christmas stock for similar prices.

    KMART Top Ryde has sign All christmas items for $1. Heaps of stockings, but staff have to manually override.

      Carindale QLD was OOS of Cadbury Stocking on 31/12, despite showing In Stock then. Staff said they'd been eaten by customers.

      Stock levels are what is on system, not what is to be found on shelf.

    to be 'in stock' a store has to have at least 2 items showing as obtainable on their system… not on the shelf. many times iv'e been to target to pick up something showing as 'in stock' to be met with empty shelves and excuses from managers complaining about theft.
