I read that you can downgrade the firmware using a 3rd party tool?
I’ve upgraded and have not had the same issues. I’m on the very first gen QC35s. Is there a specific range that have firmware issues? This is a great price!
Good price but silver… couldn't do it
Comfort wise, would silver be better since it would get less hot compared with black? I recently bought a black wh1000xm3 and kinda regret not getting silver for a reduction in heat

It's only a factor when exposed to sunlight for a prolonged time.
This goes pretty well with black hair.
