      I'm 90% sure they will refund you if inside 14 days and you haven't downloaded it :/
      
      I bought yakuza 4&5 ps3 on special then a few weeks later the remastered 3 is out.
      
      I was sure I'd get a refund but still got nothing out of their black hearts
