Stacking Spotify gift cards

I've had a free trial of Spotify premium before but they recently had an offer of $11.99 for 3 months of premium which I got a week ago. I got 6 month and 3 month gift cards for xmas and want to add them. When I went to redeem one last night it said that I won't be eligible for any further offers or trials if I redeem and it spooked me so I've held off. I want to confirm the cards will stack with the 3 months I've purchased to effectively give me 12 months.

    As of 2016 they did stack. Would ask again to confirm though.
    As for your situation, I would use the 3 months and on the 2nd last day, I would try to add the code - that way you are able to make the most of the trial without losing that many days from the trial and gift cards
