    They are different, from Amazon is Sonos One SL which is always cheaper than Sonos One

  Great speaker. I got one for the missus for Christmas - so that really means I got one for myself XD.

  I bought it for $255 from Amazon and also noticed that the prices had been jacked up by the big retailers for boxing day "sales."

  Alexa is a bit hit or miss so I'm going to try Google home today and see how things go.

  Would this still be a good choice for someone not interested in using Alexa or Google Assistant? For playing music in a living room and potentially expanding later into a home theatre setup?
